Default Problem with my radiator fan, goes off and on after the key is out of ignition

so yeah the problem started about a month ago, at first, after shutting off the car, the fan would go on for 10-15 mins (never used 2 do that before) then 2 weeks later (2 weeks ago from today, till now) the fan will go off and on after i park my car and take the key out,

the fan will go Vrooom for like 20 seconds cut for 3 seconds, come on for another 5 seconds then go off.. THEN on for another min....

btw its a 95 automatic Honda Accord, I KNOW THIS IS THE civic/del sol FORUMS but this is my mom's car and you EG guys are way more technical then the guys in the accord forums... thanks in advanced

Something is telling the ECU the car is still warm and needs to be cooled down, it is normal for the fan to come on after the car is shut off tho btw.

its not really a problem unless it goes on and stays on for like 10 minutes after you park
