Ok I have a 95 accord with a jdm f22b swap and ever since the swap I've noticed probs and I need some help first off once in a while when my car is idling the idle will dropp real low and either stall or shoot up to about 2000 rpm then drop to 900 same when I have the wheel cut all the way and when I hit about 50-60 mph and cruise it feels like its stuttering then the check engine light comes on and it stops stuttering or when I get on it and hit about 5500-6000 rpm in second gear the light turns on, but once I shut the car off the light resets itself and in the rpm range of 5500-6500 the car seems like it loses power any idea why these problems

Sounds like a vacuum leak. I personally plugged almost all my vacuum ports on the intake manifold.. but if i was you I would check the lines for cracks or rips in any vacuum lines. Also make sure your using the OEM vacuum hose .. other wise make sure the hose you have can hold vacuum.. I had a problem with using flimsy vacuum lines that seemed ok when the car was off or idle .. but once vacuum built up .. the lines sucked themself shut ..

 

Thanks I'll give it a try oh and hey I have got a real stupid question here ok I know when it comes to the top of the motor I gotta look for h23 parts and for the bottom its gonna be f22ax parts but when it comes to a header can I just use the one from my accords year or am I gonna have to get one for a 90-93 accord because the header I have is for a 95 accord but I feel it doesn't line up it leaks and the downpipe doesn't seem like it really lines up with the catalytic converter
