AEBS TB (they are $120 and are available in 70mm)

sk2, blox, or aebs manifold would be a good choice, or you can get youe ITR manifold honed and port matched

RC 310's should also compliment your setup well

a good header and tuning should get you some good HP numbers for all basic bolt ons

for internal work i would start with the head, valvetrain, cams and a good P&P will get you great power increases as well

its pretty hard to get past 200 with basic bolt ons, to break the 200+ whp barrier you have to start doing internal work like higher CP pistons, valvetrain, cams, lots of tuning, port and polish

if you want it to still be a dependable daily driver you can leave the bottom end stock and focus on head work and some mild cams that will work well for street use (skunk2 stage 1 or 2, Buddy club, Blox, etc) dont just get parts to make the most power you can, buy parts that will suit your the applications you want them to

yeah i know ... and i realize that it is a little harder to get over the 200 hp mark without internals but i just figured i dynoed tuned at 180 and done some little **** since prolly at like 185 ... Im gettin a manifold undecided still which, rc 310's, and throttle body prolly 65 mm im just tryin to tthink if i do a cam or or a head set up which i should do , within reason. i dont wanna go a big build just somethin daily but fast

skunk2 manifolds have never let me or anyone i know down, they make a good power difference

for the TB, if you have a JDM itr on send it to max bore and it can be bored out to i think 70mm with a taper

for cams with stock valvetrain the skunk2 stage 1's will work nicely

if you want 220 to the wheels, you wont be able to do that on a stock internal block without modest internal modifications to the cyl head or pistons.

stick with the tried and true.. keep your stock ITR manifold.. the skunk2 intake isnot really any better. your money woudl be wasted there. if you have stock cams and no internal mods, i think 310cc injectors would be a waste too. stock ITR t-body is good past 210 whp so its not hurting you.

basically, you dont need any of those bolt ons, unless you are changing the rev limit, flow of air, and bumping compression amongst other things

if you have 200 whp on a stock ITR with just intake header and exhaust, throw in some buddy club 3+ cams. i cant think of anything else that would benefit you. you wont need to change anything else either

goodluck
