What do you mean how can you tell which? If you mean which is exhaust and which is intake (and I hope you don't) then the intake will have a notch in it for your dizzy.
If that is what you mean, please pay someone to change them for you and show you how.

I'll second that, get somebody that has dome cams before and knows what they are doing to help you. That's one thing that will destroy your whole motor if you expletive it up.
