What size intercooler fits the best V gen Accord?

with the least of bumper damage...

bumper damage? you'll have to trim the bumper some to clear pretty much any intercooler.

try trim the girlle or plastic part, don't fu-k with the impact beam, you'll need it if you get into an accident

anybody know the measurements of the lower grille on a 5th gen?

ok...just measure the lower grille space on a 94 bumper... its roughly 4.5" x 32"
