Default How do you replace the Cam seal (plug)?

I just picked up a Golden Eagle Cam Seal (Plug) for my B16a2. I know the OEM cam seal requires the use of HondaBond.
I'm Confused on the installation of the G.E. cam seal. Some say to apply HondaBond on the seal, and some say don't. I've also heard that you should use Hondabond, but not to make contact with the o-rings (how's that possible?). Also some people suggest lightly oiling the o-rings, and again, some say don't.
My question is, Is oiling the o-rings suggested? And, Is HondaBond recommended? If so, exactly where should I apply it?

Personally, I would just take a finger and wipe a little oil arond the O-rings. Cam seals typically fit snug in there and won't really require Hondabond.
