Not too sure on what kinda ECU since he just sent it... all i really kno is the specs

Its obd1
Vtec at 4400
CEL Shift Lite at 8200
Rev Limiter at 8800

It has never been used and is brand new
All im lookin to get is $125 OBO but im negotiable so dont be scared to shoot me offers
