Does anyone know if there is a manual rack swap I can do with that uses other oem pieces for a 94 accord ex?

 

or is it safe to run a power rack without running fluid in it and blocking off the inlets/outlets? anybody?

 

no manual rack that I know of.

There was a how-to thread in the ITR forum I think about how to remove the pump and lines, loop a line on the rack and add a breather or something to the rack. The rack was filled with some fluid to lube everythng I think. It's been a while since I saw the thread so I don't really remember everything but I'm sure you could follow what they did to adapt it to the Accord rack. I'll see if I can find the thread for you.

Now I'm sure somethings are probably different but you could probably use it as a guideline for how to do it to an Accord. JakeIsCool had asked about this about 1yr ago. I don't know if he ever ended up doing it or not but you could try sending him an IM and see if he did it or not and if he has any tips for you.
