headlight moisture

Default headlight moisture

how do i remove the headlight moisture so i can make my own black housing? I searched already and nothing came up, only one with no answer. Any advice can help.

1. remove headlight from car
2. put it in the oven. for 350 degree 4 mins tops
3. open it removing the silicone with a butter nipe or flathead
4. clean moistore, paint the housing
5. resilicone it and put it back in the oven
6. put it back on the car

If your talking about wanting to remove condinsation from your headlights, Take a heat gun go move it slowley back and forth. Like a 4 inches away from the headlight so you dont melt the. Also you can stick a air hose on the back of the headlight to keep the air moving in the inside while you use the heat gun.

different oven have different heating rate, don't go by the number alone, keep close watch

there's little vents in the back, it's usually have a black rubber elbow, make sure you have that thing pointing down.
