I have the Apex'i World Sport 2 cat back on my Accord and love it. It is fairly quiet until wide open throttle when it has a nice, deep tone.

im actually searching for the same thing and im thinking of trying the magnaflow street muffler 14832 is the number. Im looking for something that doesn't sound obnoxiously loud.

Technically speaking, if you change to a quieter muffler, you will usually sacrifice performance. Nothing really noticable, but it still does.
Apex WS is excellent, but the piping is shitty and my original WS hung really low. (Its the WS2 now) Also ES oval's, Magnaflows, Mugen Twin loop and others sound very nice.
