Default 90 accord ex problems

My 90 accord ex has developed a serious problem. It runs like it is only running on three cylinders. In fact when the car is on if one plug is removed it does not change the performance at all. THe exhaust smells very rich and while in gear it almost stalls out. While the car still does run and is somewhat driveable it sounds like a lawnmower. I am getting spark to all 4 plugs. Can anyone help me out with this???

Possible timing or distributor issue?

I am going to give that a check right now. I had this problem and then we messed with the distributor cap and the vacume lines and wala it went away. But now it is back again. So I guess it is somewhat intermitent(sp). Definitely sounds like it is only on 3 cylinders. The cap if fairly new, within about a year. But will pull it off and give it a peek...
Another thing that is kind of wierd is my #2 and #4 plugs and half fouled. Like a perfect line. Help?>??

First off, if this is happening, you must be throwing a CEL right? Why don't you check it and tell us what code it is. What the heck does half fouled mean and like a perfect line, mean?

No Code.
Well an update. A mechanic friend told me to check the spark bt pulling the wire completely off the plug and putting it on the heat shield. Well upon further examination the spark was jumping through the boot. SO went and got a new set of plugs and we are good to go. Thanks for all of your guy's help.

Actually put some Valucraft from Autozone... $30. Should definitely invest in some Honda ones though, any idea as to how much they will run??
