Default Have a question about my set up

Well i have eibach sportline springs (says 1.7 drop) and koni yellows on my '97 integra. Well its low...real low. Just wondering whats the deal with that? Anyone else have the same setup? Im also running 195/50/15 tires. Would that make it lower since the tire is skinnier? Im looking to buy new springs this weekend and was thinking about the eibach pro-kit. I would like to raise it up to where there is no or little wheel gap, but also so my tires wont be tucking. TIA for your help.

Thats WAY low...

Your lower spring perches must be set on the "lowered" position. You really should set the circlip back to the middle "normal" position, as Koni does not recomend using "lowering" springs on that settings (mostly for OEM springs). If the shock has two grooves, the upper one is "normal". If the shock has 3 grooves on it, the middle one is "normal"...

When you move it, use a screwdriver to pry out one end & then work your way round till the whole thing is up out of the groove. Next, gently slide it up into the next groove setting until it snaps into place. Take care not to bend or twist the circlip because it will be unsafe to use if you do...

Here is a pic (in the normal position), your circlip must be on the lower groove:

If that is not the case, your springs must be cut, or perhaps torched into sagging. Did you buy the car like this?

Nah, i installed them. Bought them brand new too. They may be in the lower setting, i'll have to check this weekend. I know the fronts have 2 slots on the shock and the rear has 3. So on the front they should be on the top setting, and the rear should be on the middle setting?

They've been on the car since last september.

Also, where can i buy some bump stops? I need some new ones lol

You are correct about the snap ring settings.

You can get new OEM bump stops from http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com or http://www.slhondaparts.com. If you want used, take out an add in the classified section or something...
