Is there such thing as a c.a.r.b legal turbo made for the h23? I know that there are a few that were made for the h22. If there are not any carb legal turbos for the h23, would it be legal to use one made for the h22 on the h23?

California laws suck big time and I want to try to be as legit as possible cuz I need to commute a lot being a full-time student and worker.

 

Might want to ask this in the Forced Induction forum, this one is more or less for N.A setups. I have not looked into any turbo kits but check out the normal good name brands and they might have what your looking for eg. GReddy, HKS, Trust, Full Race, DRAG, Turbonetics and the such. I know it sux living in the most strict place in the ENTIRE WORLD but if I were to do it, and had the $$$ for it, I would go with a custom Garrett GT turbo setup.

 

i'm pretty sure that all the kits for the h23 ie: drag or fmax are both not carb legal
