Hey Kenji...couldn't you have done this a week ago :-P...anyways I put the ecu in today, and it's idling VERY funny...I plugged it in and started driving and when I got to a stop light..it was reving between 1k and 1500rpms back and forth

What is the ECU tuned for? ITR cams. What kinda gains for an ITR with basic mods? Just trying to get an idea. Thanks.

 

I had this same ECU and it worked great on stock ITR cams and it also worked really well when I was running Toda spec A's.

what kind of chip is it? i got the skunk2 chip and was told that vtec kicks in at 5300 but it doesn't unless i change it on my v-afc. if i were to change it to 5300 on my v-afc what should i set the H-L too and fuel reg psi.
i ran it at the track the other day and had very similiar time with vtec at 5300 and at stock.

 

Can you program chips for flathead V8's w/ fuel injection conversion?

Btw I fixed the ECU problem, my fpr was up to high.....so i resetted the ecu and she runs like a champ now THANKS AGAIN

The program will still give you gains. The gains will be more signifcant if you have I/H/E.
