Default Warm Car = No Start!

Ok so I have posted about bad idle a few times before but now that has lead to the car not wanting to start when its warm... If it sits overnight and the engine is completely cold it starts up, surging idle but atleast starts. Anyone got any ideas where is the main relay in a 99 civic with a d16y8 auto trans??? Its got 80,000 miles and some bolt ons nothing great... nitrous is installed but never sprayed due to the fact of the car not running right.

No.1 thing to check for: Main relay. It's above the hood latch (by your feet) its a black plastic box, and there's wires coming in and out.

Other than that, sounds like a fuel pump, or an ignitor (seen it happen) Check your fuel system, measure fuel pressure, etc...
