I'm new to the honda scene i've been into the tuning for a while havn't had money to really get into it much but now i own a 91 civic dx. gf agure that honda made a cf not a ef what's an ef then??

I believe its the chassis code.

well, this is the second thread today on the board on the same subject, but EF is the chassis code for the 88-91 honda civic and crx in japan. the usdm model is ED, but we all just say EF, cause half of us have jdm engine swaps and the other half dont want a sticker that says "i love my ED".

yea it's just commonly referred to as EF, easier than saying 88-91 crx or civic.
