d16z6 valve adjustment and now surging/hesitating while driving
i adjusted to spec. idle is a little rough, and while driving it surges and hesitates. (like running out of gas)
i already search and didn't find anything helpful.
anyone can give me some feedback

does the car have enough gas in it? 
what specs did you use to tighten it? are there any check light codes, etc.
also try checking your tps voltage with a multimeter it should be .5V closed 5V open
