how does the si lip attach?

how does the si lip attach? i have a 91 si but it doesnt have the lip because of the guy before me but there are holes where it used to be, are there screws or does it just slide in?

theres metal clips and 10 or 12 mm bolts

when i got my lip i didn't have the factory clips so i just used regular bolts and nuts, it works fine
