kuddos to incompetent drivers

well some green car decided to leave a huge streeeak on my rear bummper on the right side as he/she was parking? or leaving...who friggin knows...

what can i do? is it a viable insurance claim?

that sucks man! you might just be assed out... is it really that bad? maybe try some touch up paint or something! i'm sure that'll help a bit! good luck!
