Default Camber question..

if u lower ur car and ur camber gets off, when you raise it back up does the camber go back?

You need to have your car aligned every time you change your cars ride height. Your uneven tire wear has nothing to do with camber; your toe is off due to lowering.

not to thread jack but if i lower my 98 prelude on neuspeed sport springs on stock shock/struts do you think i will need a camber kit or will it be ok if i just align it and zero out my toe???

You will be okay if you just get an alignment to fix the toe. The slightest uneven tire wear from negative camber will quickly be lost during "spirited" driving. I would say that a camber kit is only necissary if your into tuning your tire temps at racing events, otherwise you won't know exactly what to set it at...
