Default Swapping dizzys

can the distributer off of a 89 a20 work on a 90 f22? i'm kinda doubting it but figured id ask...

i'm pretty sure its from an accord... i dunno... i'm pretty unfamiliar with the engine codes for them though... i know my ef's, its for a friends ex which has the f22... heres the whole story... this car is getting power to the dizzy... coil is good ignitor is good... cap, rotor and wires are good... but yet its not getting spark at all... its got me plum confused... especailly since the ignitor is getting power! i wanna try a diff dizzy in it and the only one in the local yards is one for a 2.0 engine...

ahhh thanks for clearing that up... learn something new every day... and judging by the engine code thats a big hell no on interchangeability <-my big word for the day

Go to AutoZone or Strauss or whatever. Its like $80 or something. If it doesnt work, return it. Simple as that. You can also find used and new ones on ebay.

well i got a hold of a 2.2 dist. and put it on... the damn thing fired right up
