I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT MY 91 EF
you have to remove the filler piece and get some crx fenders..and then it will fit good,,but then on the bottom side of the crx fenders it going to look out of place because the hatch doesnt have lower panels..so the best way to do this would be civic bottom portion of the fender,,and crx top portion of the fender welded together to make a hybrid..

on the topic I don't remember seeing this in the FAQ i'll double check. I think it'll be a worthwhile add on if its not there.
