I must say, this race wsa probably one of the better run events in Sacramneto that I have seen in a while. It was nice to see the pro pit area resemble just that a little more than it usually does, although that still needs a bit more work. Other than that, I would like to see some more consistency to the rules for the T4 class. There were some guys getting some flack about not having all the bars in the cage (a pillar and halo), yet you can run the lexan windows with gutted doors/dash, etc. I hope that by the next race, the rules can be a little more solid. I was under the assumption that the T4 class was meant to be a 100% street car set up that follows the T4/SFWD format. Maybe with the exception of the matching front seat thing.
I don't know, whatever.

All I ask is that if your going enforce "LICENSING" on our car, then you enforce it on ALL CARS.......
That means....not only if a car runs quicker than 10.00.....BUT also....if a car runs faster than 135mph.....
I still think we Got "robbed" in the FINAL round......otherwise that would have been a record run for us....9.3xx.......if we went all out!

Yes I agree with that as well. For the most part any of the guys that race NHRA and show up there to CMI should be good. Considering you have to have the license for NHRA.
But what was the deal with the last run, I left before the final round. I thought that the semi round was the last round you had to sandbag it? **** if anything, I would have just stayed in it. If you were gonna get DQ'ed, at least it would have been a record .30 run for you. Oh well, you know you are going to get there anyways, so I guess in the long run it's all good.
Hopefully I will see you in Vegas in July for NHRA.

Thanks Jason...Yes they told us to sandbag the whole race until after it was over....then they let us run our "last" licensing pass....which was 9.55 with a 1.58 60foot.

How many runs does it take to qualify for you license and what is the cost if anything?

Jason - Don't you need to get a license for running faster than 135mph?

Check out http://www.NHRA.com
you can print the forms necessary for it....
6 runs....a medical/physical (form on site)........of the 6 runs....2 eighth...2 half track and 2 full passes....
You mail back to NHRA all that with a fee....and they issue you a permanent Number......
