bought my EG hatch with replaced shocks. i know they're not tuned right, every bump i go over they feel like total ***. i tightened the dual nut things on top of the strut towers. good idea? never dealt with suspension b4. i think i needa take the car in to get it aligned, but i was wondering if i should now take the time and get new springs too to compliment the shocks (KYB shocks, dunno which ones specifically until i take it apart) before i get it aligned. is this a good idea or should i just go look for some coils?

 

what kind of springs are you running, and are you sure that the shocks arent blown?

 

shocks are new, springs are some *** ones

 

its probably the springs, if your shocks are new.

unless you have a lot of money and plan on tracking your car, imo, springs are fine.

makes sense. i'm gonna get lowering springs then. yay lowering. to join my new engine swap when i make up my mind about it.
