Default Omnipower Coilovers, how do you lower/ Raise the car.

I bought a 92 Hatch Si and it came with Omnipower Sports 12k 10k. It came with two black wrenches to lower and raise the coilovers. Thing is i have no idea how to. Sorry for the noob question, but can anyone help? I've heard you need to loosen a bolt before hand to raise/lower. I've searched, but haven't really pin pointed on how to do it. Thanks.

i don't know if its any difference but on most coilovers..just raise your car on jacks so the weight isn't on the suspension, loosen the bottom spindel(i guess thats what you would call it) by turning it counter clockwise just a little..then turn the top one clockwise till you are at the height you want. then turn the bottom one up to the top one and tighten them.

please..someone correct me if i'm wrong..i have Tein SS's but i've never adjusted..i just put it to the height i wanted and i have changed it since.
