Neutron Blue and Atomic Blue?

Neutron Blue and Atomic Blue?
Hey,
I noticed on a few parts sites that they have a color called Neutron Blue. Honda's site doesn't have this color. They do however have Atomic Blue. Is this the same color with a different name?
I'd like to know because if so, this leaves me the option of buying the lip kit.
