Default 95 Civic EX - Turn signal no longer goes off after completing turn

Heres the story: spun out my car in a parking lot over the winter, steering wheel got turned to an extreme, heard cracking noises from the steering column. Next few turns I make, the cracking noises continue.

From there on out, the car functions fine, but the turn signal won't shut itself off after making a turn. What is the part that I snapped? Whats going on here?

Broke the little thing under the steering wheel that clicks is back (turns it off). I accidentally broke mine on one of my car when replacing the steering wheel. The part is like 12.00 or is cheap, but its a pain to take off the wheel just for that.

Okay, I still haven't fixed this, nor do I have any idea which part it is exactly I need. Can somebody point it out?

Still haven't fixed it, its become second nature to flip it off manually

Can anybody point it out on that picture?

Found the part! #13 on this image. CAM, TURN SIGNAL SWITCH CANCEL




(hopefully that image works, my work internet blocks imageshack.)


53271-SR3-000 is the part number. I'll be ordering this, and replacing it once it warms up here in chilly Buffalo.
