Default Is it loose wires or a burned out fuse?

I have a 94 civic 4 door(auto) and the previous owner had a little accident that messed up the right turn signal. The turn signal was now loose and today I was driving and the whole turn signal came out and was hanging on by a few wires. once it came loose my entire cluster stoped working except the back light. Plas I had to use the shift lock release because it wouldnt go out of P. Can anyone help me please?
Thanks
