My trick DA Koni's that have been on the car barely a month just ended themselves. Well, only the left rear did, but still.

I'm starting to get frustrated. Maybe it's time to investigate a different shock for Stock-class autocross as I just don't think the Koni's are working out (for my application).

Anybody here have any experience with getting work done on Bilsteins?

 

You should try inverting them...you know, take a corner quickly on R compounds

You'd be surprise how much less body roll I get with these shocks and the front bar I've got.

It's not like the Koni's aren't performing, on the contrary their performance is exceptional. I just don't like the fact that the left rear is pissing all it's oil out all over the boot of my Focus!

 

Maybe the Koni's have become 'self-aware' and they are shutting themselves down for a reason.

Wait...Gene Roddenberry already did an episode like that.

 

Maybe Q got sick of messing with Capn Picard and decided to mess with me?

No personal experience here but I know several people who have worked with Brett Norgard at Bilstein (San Diego) to get some autocross prepped shocks.
