I have a 1997 Honda Civic 1.5VTEC, i can get 119Mph outa 4th gear redline, However when i change into 5th it slows right down, Nor do i have much power in 5th gear. It feels restricted, Please could anyone tell me what kind of restriction it is?, and if there is a way of deresticting it? Cheers
