Default Wierd Autox

you guys ever seen this I ran across it reading about the history of Autox it looks to me like really frustrating first gear courses. Also like it would not be much fun in a FWD car.

Looks like gymkhana, which was originally done on horses (still is), then they started doing it with cars, and autocross was derived from that. It's my understanding that automobile gymkhana is still popular in some countries, but not so much in the US.

Gymkhana is still alive and kicking in Japan.

The trick to doing the really tight turns in a FWD car is using the hand brake, which is very abnormal for those of us who are used to autocross and HPDE's.

I would not mind some of those tight corners in a Autox but not a whole course of them. Would be a interesting challenge.
