Default 98 honda accord lx over heating

hello everyone, i have a 98 honda accord lx 5 speed, i have a problem hopefully someone can help me solve it. my car over heats when im driving and lets say i get up to 3000 rpm, the temp gauge rises, it rises where i have to pull over and let it cool off. However, i have replaced the thermostat, from honda, the temp sensors, hoses, is it possible that the radiator could be bad, because the lower radiator hose sucks in if im sitting there at idle. But when the car is just sitting in run spot, i ran it for a hour and the a/c was on it never ran hot. the temp gauge never moved. can someone please help me, this problem has been going on for months.

it appears that it is time for you to replace your lower hose and flush your rad out.... The lower rad hose is reinforced since it is on the suction side of the water pump and since the hose is collapsing, it is restricting flow.

Also you may want to pressure test your car to make sure that you did not blow a head gasket from it running hot like that........

because the AC was on, the fans were on, thus keeping the engine at normal temperatures. Is there air in the system?
