first how do i read the codes if i have a p28 in a crx? i know i hafta jump some connector but id unno where itis. im using the stock crxsi harness and converted to obd1. also when i jump whatever plug, where do u read the codes? i know theres no blinking light on the ecu, so where does it blink?

also, how can i tell if my ecu isnt grounding. my car doesnt want to start, not getting any spark. well it will get spark 1% of the time, but the thermostat ground is connected and clean. allother wires are correct, dizzy si good.
