I have a set of LCA for my Eg and I also have a set of Polyurethane bushings (suspension techniques) that came with the master set I bought for the car. I wasn't planning on replacing the LCA. Anyways, would it be a good idea to run the polyurethane bushings on the Omni LCA's? Theses arme even come pre-tapped so you can fit nipple grease fittings which will mean no more squeaking.

i;ve read some of the 1st gen with the star design has some issues with the bushings popping out. My friends ES bushing on the teg needed to be pressed in the lca so it should be snug and the grease zener fittings are nice. I believe the black ones don't need to be greased periodically,

I believe that tap is for the set screw to hold the bushings in, common to this design. Although I don't see why you can't fit a grease fitting there.

They allen scrws that were there were hand tight! That's why I thought it was designed for grease fittings. I'll give it a go and check it periodically. So, the red bushings need to be greased more frequently??
