My friend recently turbo'd his 94 hatch and the front bumper doesnt really fit with the front mount. He wants to cut his front bumper as clean as possible. So looking for some pics of bumpers cut with intercoolers to get an idea

 

I'm sorry but how is someone elses bumper cut out going to help you. If he's not smart enough to figure it out on his own, short of someone else doing it for him it's going to end up the same as he has now. If you want to know what kind of tools to use ask in the fabrication forum.
