On January 22nd, I paid $1000 total through paypal/ebay for an EF9 JDM Front end. Weeks have passed. He kept stating it was shipped, giving me more and more false information. His plan was to stall me past the 60-day period that ebay gives their members to file a claim. It worked. For future reference, the ebay ID is kboy2005 and his name is Kenneth Wong.
