ok i just want to know how to wire vtec up to a switch. i know its not good to do but for now its better then nothing..

 

Tap into the blue wire at the distributor or the blue wire at the back of the gauge cluster for the rpm signal,,run that wire to the signal input on the rpm switch..

then from the rpm switch run a wire to an automotive 5-way 30 amp relay,,then from the relay to the vtec solenoid wire..Just to let you know, doing this will do nothing for you,,You also have to add the fuel and timing for the vtec stage..
