Honda Accord Speaker
I own a 2003 Honda Accord and im replacing the speakers in it. Does anybody know if this is a difficult task? Im gonna do it without my rents knowing cause its my dads car so i need it to be an easy installation. Does anybody know if i can just remove the speaker grills and pop in the new speaker or do I have to rip out everything around the speaker to get to it? A response as soon as possible would be great. Thanks

I don't think you can do this quickly. The dash speakers are probably the only ones that will come out from the top. Then you have to find speakers that not only fit in the space available, but also the chances of finding speakers with screw holes that line up the same as the factory speakers are slim and none. I think you're living in a dream world if you think you can do this in one night. I suggest you ask the rents, as you call them, for permission to do this. Good luck with it.
So you mean to say your parents own the car and you want to put speakers in it. Consult http://www.crutchfield.com for further information on proper speakers. If they are in fact the dash speakers you want to replace good luck finding anything that will fit.
