That's something that a driver had in japan on the side of his car.... it has something to do with "young driver" and there's another one... a lil' different that means "adult driver".....
Either that or I don't how jdm could possibly influence more in the accord forum.... lol

one if for new drivers that is that color and the other one is orange and yellow? i think and it means that you are like an elder driver and people have to give you the right of way and stuff like that
