if you don't know what went on i suggest you say nothing.
this is what happened. i bought some fogs from tim a couple months back. he takes about two weeks to ship out the fogs in one box, the harness in another, but i'm not one to hassle so i wait...patiently. the day before the fogs get here, tim informs me that UPS only gave him one tracking number and that one of the packages might not arrive. sure enough, one package arrives the following day; fogs only. he takes another week or so and finally agrees to refund my money if i send the package back. fine, no problem. it takes a little longer for my refund to come, and before i know it, i leave to the phillipines. i didn't think this would interfere with me sending the fogs back, but it did. i just got back about a week ago (having stayed for nearly three weeks) and have been fairly busy with work and such. no, this is not an excuse, but tim...did i go making threads about you when you didn't contact me for TWO WEEKS after i paid you? after i was waiting for my refund? no. i told you i'd ship them out, and i will...TODAY. look at my vouch thread...look at someone in your threads already saying i'm a good seller. give me the benefit of the doubt as i did to you for two weeks...after ups "lost" my harness...ok? you'll have your fogs by the end of the week and i expect this matter to be closed.

Well 1st of all, I thought I was being nice by sending you the refund before I even received from ups (which I had to wait 5 weeks for) 2nd of all The check I sent back to you was for $125 to coverage all shipping charges!!
Anyway, I never made this thread calling you a scammer, it was merely for anyone that knew you to get in contact w/ you...well anyway, hope all is well, have a good day
