Cracking/Checking of stock Green Clover paint on '99 EX sedan hood!!!
I just washed our car and I see that JUST over this winter season the stock Green Clover paint on our '99 EX sedan is cracking or "checking if you call it that" just above the exhust manifold!!! 
Lokks like it is just the clearcoat/top coat. Is this common in Honda/Civic stock paint and how can I fix/ prevent it!!!!
