So im doing my valve cover in wrinkle paint and I dont want black or red because it has been done so many times. I was thinking that mabe I could lay down some black wrinkle paint real thick and then lightly spray down a coat of color such as blue. Would this work or would the gloss paint cover the wrinkle up. Thanks for any input!!!

Yea, just put down the wrinkle paint... doesn't need to be thick, just do it right. Then go back and do really light coats of your desired color until it's done.
