Wheels for slicks 4x114.3 13" 6-7 inch wide

Wheels for slicks 4x114.3 13" 6-7 inch wide
I've been looking all around for wheels that are 13x6 to 13x7 inch wide that have a 4x114.3 lug pattern. Weld discontinued the 8 lug universals 
. I found a place online that sells wheels in that size / lug pattern http://www.diamondracingwheels.com . These wheels sell for 100 bucks and are steel, they don't seem like the most quality pieces in the world but I have no experience so I won't pre judge them. Ideally I'd get a set of 4x100 4x114.3 but I do understand that will probobly not happen.
