i dont think they go bad, from my understanding the oil runs inside and the coolant runs outside in seperate channels (divided by metal). I dont think there is a place for them to mix....
Im assuming your referring to the oil cooler that goes on the back of the block...

yea exactly it goes at the back, but my question is does the channels go bad by any chance? if that seperation channel goes bad then the oil will mix with the rad coolant.....now is the seperation metal channel is thick and good quality? i guess am paranoid!
has anybody tried stabbing it lately? if not your good. even better would try to search and find one person with a bad oil cooler. im guessing you would find nobody.....and if anybody has had problems plz tell us.
well the person who told me to ask around had his stock oil cooler go bad and made his rad get filled with oil...and yea this happened to his LS1 camaro (NOT A B16)! his car is modified
well my car will have a turboed b16 and wanted to ask if this is common!
