i have a 94 accord LX 5 speed.

i just got some alloy wheels that go on a 93 prelude. the tires that are on them are way smaller than what was on my stock wheels. i know my speedo and all will be wrong, ill use a friend to see how off it is tonight. im not on this forum much. i would have searched, as i know thats the best option and what i always do on my regular forum(rx7club), but i couldnt find the search button on here. maybe i didnt look hard enough. anyways heres what i need to know?

what size tires do i need to put on 15's so my speedo and all will be as close to accurate as possible?

also, same question, except 17's?

15x6.5?

i think my stock spec(six gen) is 195/65/15

actually the manual states what size of tires you need, not sure is your wheel is aftermarket or not.

 

the size you listed is correct for 15" rims

 

yes theyre 15x6.5. theyre honda OEM wheels. they come on preludes.

what about 17's?

 

If you're going to roll 15's on a 94 Accord, the tire size you want is 195/60/15. That's the tire size that came on stock 94' Accords with 15" rims. If you're going to roll 17's, you're gonna want to use 205/45/17 size tires. Other sizes will fit but these 2 will be the best fit.

205 45 17 is perfect for 17x7

it would be slightly taller than oem spec but it's not by much
