Has anyone posted a walkthrough, or "how to" on doing a front end conversion on an eg to say a 2000? I've searched but can't seem to find one. Thanks in advance.

 

That would such a big job... I doubt you will find anything on it

people don't do this 'conversion' as you may because it's just extremely nasty if it's not on origional car

 

do it if you like....i did it to my eg coupe.......

you need
99-00 bumper
grill
rad support
fenders
hood
headlights

the hard part is that you have to cut your old fender and weld them with the new ones, half and half

Hmm.. i've seen a couple hatches on the island with this swap, I thought it was fairly common.
Hey thanks for the pic and advice, it looks good. You mean half and half as in the forward half is 99-00 and the back half is still your 92-95 right?
Have any problems with anything lining up other than that? Or did it all just pretty much bolt on?

 

yeah front half to bumper is the 99-00 fender, then 92-95 fender on the half near the door.......fairly easy, as long as you weld the rad support on properly....good luck
