99 SI---(Exterior) missing frt and rear bumpers, hood, headlights, rims, sitting on 14 blackies, no caps///(Interior) missing cluster and climate control only!///(Engine Bay) missing condensor only! Car will start, runs fine. Salvage, due to thief

What color is the Si and is there any frame damage. Did they strip the parts of clean? How about the interior, was the cluster and climate control stripped clean? And one more thing, how many miles on the car?
