Hydro = hydraulic clutch

There is a hydraulic system attached to the clutch pedal to engage and disengage the clutch.

Cable = mechanical clutch

A cable is tied to the clutch pedal to mechanically engage and disengage the clutch.

Electronic = automatic type transmission with electronic controls. I guess in some cases they could use a electric motor to engage and disengage a clutch, but I don't know about any of those yet, but I'm not too current on all the technology.
