Default USDM Header

I have the USDM type R header on my car that i got fro free off a friend....any hp gain at all?

I think 00-01 GSR is the same pattern for ITR exhaust manifold layout.


If not 00, then 01 for sure.
Hell yeah I would install it if I were you.

I can honestly say that's the best purchase I've made so far. You will notice a nice gain throughout the mid-ranges of 3500-6000. Not so much top end but you'll still feel it.

I haven't dyno'd my car yet but from what I've heard you get anywhere from 6-10 whpr.
