What's up fellows...

I have a 95 integra Ls...I just did this setup this weekend...I bought a p72 with a skunk2 chip in it...I also have AEM cam gears...My question is when the car is idling...I hear like alittle knock noise coming from either the cam gears or within the head...i'm not sure dough...Can anyone figure out why i'm recieving this noise?
When i'm driving I do not hear it, just when the car is sitting...The RPM need stays between the 1 & 0 where it should be, but sometimes goes alittle below the half mark...Your feedback would be very helpful...
